Over twenty five years building brands. Fifteen leading the teams that build them.
I treat brand as infrastructure, not decoration. With both agency and corporate brand design experience, I've lead creative teams through 3 IPOs and 3 acquisitions. My expertise is in operationalizing creativity, while building relationships with partners across the C-suite, Marketing, Sales, and Product on growth campaigns, product launches, and flagship moments like Adobe MAX and Summit.
My approach to leadership starts with listening. Understand the business need, truly hear the requirements of the partners, and then get to work.
It’s usually pretty clear what the brand/creative needs are right away. Some of it is solved in operations. Some is solved in adjusting roles. All of the time it’s about fostering relationships and building trust.
The work presented here is largely due to the incredibly talented teams I’ve enjoyed working with over the years. It’s been a journey...and I have stories.

SELECTED WORK BY DISCIPLINE
2010 - 2026[Empathy by Design]
One of the outcomes of our brand exercise was a mission statement: "We help companies build cultures maniacally focused on winning the hearts of their customers." We capitalized on that messaging with a full umbrella campaign to help accelerate winning customers’ hearts, empathy is great place to start. But that empathy needs to translate into answers. It needs to be grounded in context and applied to solutions that will impact the most people in the most significant ways. It needs to be empathy by design.
[Work Boldly]
Modern work has become...let's say, complicated. In an effort to lean into the constant change and digitization and now automation, Workfront wanted to make a statement about leaning into the change and not fearing the future. That because the essence for the global campaign of Work Boldly™. This campaign launched just before the global pandemic in early 2020 and ran through the rest of the year prior to the acquisition of Workfront by Adobe in October of 2020.
[For the Good of the Company]
In 2018 the need to raise more awareness around what Domo solves for companies and how it can help people be their best was more apparent than ever. For the Good of the Company was the right choice in its clear way of showing just how anyone in the entire organization can be a superstar when they put good data to use with Domo. We did an entire promotion through 60-second ad spots, paid media, social media, and strategic spots like Forbes and the New York Times.
[Quantum Metric Benchmark Report Series]
The Benchmark Report series was a collaboration with our PR/Comms and Growth teams to create awareness in an area where Quantum Metric excels: experience analytics data. These reports were a series we released annually to showcase the power and sophistication of the platform. Featured here is the Holiday Benchmark Report and our AI Benchmark Report.
[Workfront State of Work Series]
Workfront's State of Work annual report became something that people looked to as the pinnacle of the state for all things work. This series takes us through early 2020 through 2021 and post acquisition from Adobe. We saw a significant lift in engagement after the Adobe logo went on the marketing materials.
[Customer Storytelling]
Nothing explains a business better than its customers. Across 40+ stories, from Altiris and Domo to Workfront and Adobe, I've led the video and photography productions that bring those voices to life, traveling the world to capture them. Different people, different companies, remarkably similar stories: passionate, candid, and eager to share how technology is changing their work and their lives.
[Quantum Metric Product Trailer]
Sometimes the ask comes from the top, maybe more than sometimes. But that’s what creatives are here for, we’re going to make the company shine.

[Workfront CIO Review Feature]
Cover story, CIO Magazine. The feature showcased Workfront's vision for modern work through Chief Product Officer Steve Zobell and VP of Product Management Erica Antony. The industry noticed, and so did Adobe.

[Domo IPO Animation]
When you're featured on the bigscreen at NASDAQ on the day of ringing the bell to go public, you get to feature a unique animation to your business. This is the essence of Domo's business, all interpretted in symbolic motion design.

[Domo Launch with Alec Baldwin]
In 2016 Domo launched out of stealth mode with the help of Alec Baldwin on the stage of the annual user conference, Domopalooza.

[Quantum Metric] — Survey tool
I had the opportunity to work on a new Survey tool within our platform. I was able to explore new ideas and ways of thinking about surveys and how our customers would benefit from having them inside the platform.
[Quantum Metric] — Adobe Mapper tool
Customers who need to migrate from their Adobe Analytics instance to Customer Journey Analytics are up against a herculean effort. Before using Quantum Metric and our mapper tool it was taking upward of 12-18 months to complete a migration. With the mapper tool customers are seeing migration completion in a matter of weeks, not months.
[Quantum Metric] — Executive dashboards
Based on Fred Reichheld's book, 'Winning on Purpose', we took NPS seriously by incorporating this feature inside the platform. As part of that exploration I created multiple prototypes to help bring that to a visual reality.
[Quantum Metric] — Product Marketecture
All enterprise SaaS companies face the same problem: How do we explain what we do? Where complexity reigns king, simplicity is the solve. Sometimes the right thing is a simple visual to put all of the power into a single visual.

[Workfront] — Sales Playbook
As part of the Sales Enablement effort at Workfront, we needed a playbook that had all things in a single toolkit for Sales teams to do their best work with. Enter the ultimate sales playbook. A huge effort between PMM, Sales, and Creative, this became the bible for the AEM and DSR teams to live by.
[Quantum Metric Leap] Annual user conference
The Leap Conference is an annual opportunity to bring customers, prospects, and passionate users of experience analytics together under one roof. My team created and produced elements that support the brand for the entire show: theme/art direction, production, call of show, collateral, video and multimedia, and more.

[Workfront Leap] Annual user conference
Workfront's Leap Conference was a large event spanning a new city every year where customers came to rave about the work they were doing using the platform. The theme for 2019 was 'Master Modern Work'. And teams showed up to show all of the unique ways they did just that.

[Domopalooza] Annual user conference
The Domopalooza Conference was a party to say the least. We brought together a unique flavor of energy through industry luminaries and talent, to musical guests and artists for 5 days of nonstop energy. We also helped attendees take advantage of the great snow Utah offers with a ski day to end the week.

[Adobe Summit] Annual user conference
Adobe's Summit Conference began as Omniture Summit in the early 2000s. I did my first event in Park City in 2005 with a little over 300 attendees. After supporting this event consecutively for 8 years we grew it into what is now Adobe Summit and over 40,000 attendees including virtual passes.

[Adobe MAX]
At Adobe MAX 2019, Workfront made its mark with a theme every creative knows too well: "Create more, tweak less." My team designed the full sponsorship presence, from booth environment to promotional campaign. At its center was my 90-minute session on the nature of creativity, anchored by a 14-minute documentary my team produced for the occasion. Out on the conference floor, Ryan Braman of our Studio team brought the theme to life in real time, drawing a large-scale mural live as attendees watched. The booth featured custom artwork, photography, and our 'Nope' t-shirts were a huge draw.

VP Brand
[Quantum Metric] I lead brand strategy, creative, communications, and web with a talented team of designers, content strategists and writers, and developers. Our brand is much more than just a logo, and we strive to create great experiences for customers and prospects at every touch point of their digital journey.
Executive Creative Director
[Adobe Workfront] I lead the creative team in marketing. I push to create a safe environment for my team to ideate and do their best work. We support programs and activities in marketing, but also support sales, customer experience, and executives. We create campaigns, support demand-generation, and light up events.
Executive Creative Director
[Domo] I worked directly with the CMO and CEO to drive brand strategy, campaigns, and digital. My creative teams supported field marketing, events, demand and growth, sales enablement, and more. I built and led this team and work through a hyper-growth phase including an IPO.
Creative Director
[Adobe] I was the top lieutenant to the Chief Creative Director, and worked with them to develop the creative direction for different areas across Adobe’s new enterprise business. My team developed videos and thoughtful storytelling to help drive the Adobe brand and position it as the brand of choice for CX.
